Flowers brought directly to your event
Arranged on-site, every time
Prizelio designs and installs floral arrangements at your venue — no pre-made bundles dropped at the door. Our team travels to the location, works within your schedule, and builds displays suited to the actual space.
Service packages by event type
- 01. Ceremony & Reception Florals
Full venue setup including ceremony arch, table centrepieces, and aisle arrangements. Our team arrives 3 hours before guests to install and adjust everything in place.
- 02. Corporate Event Dressing
Branded colour palettes, reception desk arrangements, and stage backdrop florals. Suited to product launches, gala dinners, and annual conferences.
- 03. Pop-Up & Intimate Gatherings
Smaller-scale on-site arrangements for private dinners, milestone birthdays, and curated pop-up spaces. Flexible scheduling including same-week bookings when available.

Process from first contact to pack-down
You share the venue, date, and rough style direction. We ask specific questions about ceiling height, table count, and available natural light — details that affect what actually works in the space.
Within 5 business days we send a written proposal with flower varieties, colour references, and a breakdown of what is included in the quoted price.
Flowers are ordered from growers 4 to 7 days before your event. Conditioning happens at our studio so everything arrives at the venue in peak condition.
Our team handles transport, setup, and final adjustments. You do not need to be present during install — we work from the agreed plan and check in if anything needs a decision on the day.
Practical details clients ask about
How far in advance do I need to book?
For weddings and large corporate events, 4 to 6 weeks is the minimum we recommend. For smaller private gatherings, same-week availability is sometimes possible depending on the season and flower sourcing lead times.
Do you work with venues that have restrictions on open flames or hanging installations?
Yes. We carry a range of non-flame candle alternatives and use freestanding structures rather than ceiling-mounted rigging for most installs. We ask for venue guidelines before finalising any design.
What happens to the flowers after the event?
You can keep them, donate them, or we can arrange collection. Many clients choose to have table arrangements boxed for guests to take home. We handle pack-down of structural elements regardless of what you decide about the flowers themselves.
Is a deposit required to confirm a booking?
A 30 per cent deposit confirms your date. The remainder is due 14 days before the event. For international events, different payment terms apply and are outlined in the proposal.
